316L Hydraulic Control Line Product Introduction

1/4" hydraulic control line:

Specification: 1/4"X0.035 "& 1/4X0.049" (1-10000M) Material: 316L Pressure: 100MPa

This product is mainly used for the control of oil and gas underground safety valve and over cable packer vent valve. The 1/4" hydraulic control line is connected to the underground safety valve and the gas valve, and the switch of the oil and gas underground safety valve and the gas release valve of the over cable packer is controlled by the ground pressure. When the set pressure is hit, the underground safety valve and the gas release valve of the over cable packer are opened at the same time, then the oil and gas well can produce normally. At the same time, the gas separated by the electric submersible pump can also be discharged from the annulus through the gas relief valve. In case of blowout or normal shut-in, the pressure of the control pipeline will be released, so that the downhole safety valve and the gas relief valve of the over-cable packer will be closed at the same time, and the flow channel of the oil and gas well and the annulus will be blocked, so as to ensure the safety of the oil and gas well. Of course, the 1/4" hydraulic control line can also be used for downhole safety valve control alone. It can also be used for pressure control of surface safety valves and other surface valves, as well as various connecting pipelines of large equipment control systems for oil and gas field drilling and oil production.

1/8" hydraulic control line:

Specification: 1/8 "X0.035" (1-15000M) Material: 316L Pressure: 100MPa

This product is also known as capillary. It is mainly used for downhole capillary pressure measurement of oil and gas, that is, temperature and pressure sensors (also known as downhole pressure gauges, generally nitrogen gas cylinders) and oil and gas well production tubing are lowered into the oil and gas layer thousands of meters deep underground, and then 1/8" hydraulic control pipelines (capillaries) are connected from the temperature and pressure sensors to the surface of the fluorescent screen display. In this way, the downhole temperature and pressure can be transmitted to the surface through the capillary tube, and the instantaneous temperature and pressure at the oil and gas layer can be read out through the fluorescent screen of the surface display, so as to realize the real-time monitoring of the downhole temperature and pressure. It can also be used for pressure control of surface safety valves and other surface valves, as well as various connection pipelines of large equipment instrument control systems for oil and gas field drilling and oil production.

3/8" hydraulic control line:

Specification: 3/8"X(0.035 "/0.049")X4000M Material: 316L Pressure: 80MPa

This product is mainly used to inject chemical reagents into oil and gas Wells. The 3/8" hydraulic control pipeline is connected to the underground chemical injection valve, and the 3/8" hydraulic control pipeline and chemical injection valve are used to inject the scale removal chemical agent from the ground into the oil pipe of a certain concentration in the well, so as to effectively scale the oil pipe and ensure the normal production of the oil field. It can also be used for pressure control of surface safety valves and other surface valves, as well as various connecting pipelines of large equipment instrument control systems for oil and gas field drilling and oil production.
